This simple machin i am holding is a screw.It is used to tighten thing down or to hold thing together.I found this screw in my barn.

The simple machine is a pulley.It is useful for lifting things that might be heavy or just makes it easier to lift.I found this in my parent room.

This simple machine in my hand is a wheel and axle.It is also called a doorknob.You could find these on a door but not all doors hace a doorknob.It makes opening doors easy.

In this drawing there is a lever, wheel and axle, and rope and pully.On the left in the drawing is a lever.A hammer is used like a lever to pull the nail out of the board.The load is the nail,the hammer is the effot and the top of the hammer is the fulcrum.On the right in the drawing is a rope and pull.The end of the rope is the effort,the fulcrum is in the middle of the wheel and the load is what is being lifted.On the bottom right is a wheel and axle.In the middle of the wheel is the axle and the wheel is the axle.

Project runway

For the STEM project runway i made a necklace out of wires a a ring coil through it.I made this because i like necklaces.The wires in it help carry eletric currents throughout an object or place.You could find these wires in a lamp or almost any eletrical device.
